Our webshop accepts payments by Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDEAL, and Payment in Advance.
Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed when the 'payment in advance' reaches us.
The delivery time stated with the articles on our site is an indication.
For some items, delivery can be much sooner than stated on the webshop.
While it may take longer in the event of an unexpected increase of orders.
This is the downside of slow fashion. We don’t do mass production, so stock is limited.
In the event of a considerably longer delivery time, we will notify the buyer and adjust the indication of the delivery time in our webshop as soon as possible for new customers.
In general, it should take 1 day after shipment verification for orders to arrive in Belgium or the Netherlands.
For the rest of the world it takes 3 to 14 days for orders to arrive.
We can supply a tracking number* for your order, but we have no control over shipment once items are sent out.
Keep in mind that in some regions, transport companies may have a delay due to COVID-19.
For items in standard sizes, it is possible to return items within 14 days after delivery, if the items are returned to us in the same conditions as they were delivered and if the items were not customised.
Let us know which items you wish to return, before you send them back.
If an item is to your liking, but not exactly the right size, local tailoring is always an option.
Our garments have extra seam width, to enable customization afterwards.
Contact your local tailor, or when in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us.
For made-to-measure, returns are not possible, for obvious reasons.
However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please... contact us directly.
For face masks and beard masks, we cannot allow returns, because of the nature of these items.

We think sustainability is very important. That is why we are not in favor of unnecessary shipments.
